Can I switch between monthly and annual plans?
Yes. You can switch from monthly to annual Pro. Any remaining monthly value is applied as a prorated credit, and the checkout shows the amount due before you pay.
How does unused monthly credit work?
When you switch from monthly to annual Pro, the unused value from your current month is applied as credit. Checkout shows the amount due today before you confirm payment.
What happens when my Pro access ends?
When paid Pro access ends, your account returns to the Free plan and its board and collaboration limits apply. You can subscribe to Pro again at any time.
Do collaborators need a paid seat to view or draw?
SketchFlow does not charge per collaborator. Free boards include you and one collaborator; Pro boards have no collaborator limit.
