Who we are

SketchFlow is the web app at sketchflow.online. This policy covers the public site, accounts, boards, comments, sharing, and Pro payments.

What we collect

• Account: name, email, and a hashed password if you sign up with email. If you use Google, we receive your Google name, email, and profile image.
• Boards: canvas content, comments, sharing settings, version history, and images you upload.
• Billing: plan, billing interval, period dates, and Razorpay order and payment identifiers. Razorpay processes the card or UPI details; we do not store full card numbers.
• On your device: an essential session cookie, theme preference, dashboard layout, and a local cache of boards you open.
• Traffic: Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, which help us see aggregate usage and performance. They are not used for advertising.

How we use it

We use this information to run the product you asked for: sign you in, save and share boards, process Pro checkout, keep the service secure, and understand whether the site is working. We do not sell your personal data or your boards.

Cookies and similar storage

The session cookie is required to keep you signed in. Theme and a few UI preferences live in local storage on your device. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not show a cookie-consent banner because we are not dropping optional tracking cookies. Vercel Analytics is cookieless. If you embed a YouTube video on a board, YouTube may set its own cookies inside that embed.

Who helps us run the service

• Vercel hosts the site, stores uploaded images, and provides analytics and speed insights.
• A PostgreSQL database stores accounts, boards, comments, and billing records.
• Google provides sign-in if you choose Continue with Google.
• Razorpay processes Pro payments.
• YouTube only if you embed a video on a board.

These providers see only what they need to perform that work. Shared boards are visible to the people you invite.

How long we keep it

Account and board data stays until you delete it or we close the account. Payment records are kept as needed for billing, disputes, and tax. Local cache and preferences stay on your device until you clear them.

Your choices

You can access and update your profile, delete boards from the dashboard, and close your account by emailing hello@sketchflow.online. If you signed in with Google, you can also disconnect SketchFlow from your Google account settings.

Children

SketchFlow is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

Where data is processed

We use hosting and database infrastructure that may be outside your country. By using the service you understand that your data may be processed in those locations.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the update here with a new date. Continued use of SketchFlow after that date means you accept the revised policy.
