Terms of Service

Agreement

If you do not agree, do not use the service. The Privacy Policy is part of this agreement.

The service

SketchFlow is an infinite canvas for diagrams, sketches, comments, and related tools. Free and Pro plans, limits, and prices are described on the plans page. We may change features and limits over time.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your password or Google sign-in safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share credentials or create an account for someone else without permission.

Your content

You own the boards you create. You grant SketchFlow a license to host, display, backup, and process that content solely to provide the service. People you invite to a board can see its content. Do not upload material you do not have the right to use.

Acceptable use

• No illegal content, harassment, or malware.
• No attempts to access other people’s boards or accounts.
• No scraping or automated use that harms the service.
• No payment fraud or abuse of Pro limits.

Payments

Pro is prepaid through Razorpay. Prices on the site are shown in USD; checkout may charge in INR. A new Pro period starts when payment is verified. If you switch from monthly to annual, unused time on the current monthly period is applied as credit toward the annual price, and a new annual period starts from that payment.

We do not automatically refund unused time except where required by law. A failed or cancelled checkout does not upgrade your account. If Razorpay charged you but the plan did not update, contact us before paying again.

Availability

We work to keep SketchFlow available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, outages, or third-party failures can happen.

Ending the service

You can stop using SketchFlow and delete boards at any time. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe is being used to harm the service or other users.

Disclaimer

The service is provided as is. We do not warrant that boards will never be lost, though we aim to keep data durable. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, SketchFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Pro in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $50 if you are on the Free plan.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law says otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. The revised version is posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
